​Missouri City Lounge is seeking a bar manager for it's dine in and drive thru/to go daiquiri lounges. The position entails being responsible for overseeing and directing staff, inventory, social media management, marketing and business related errands and high levels of creativity

Responsibilities and Duties

• MARKETING EXPERIENCE A MUST
• Oversee Employee duties
• Set objectives and targets for beverage unit/bar
• Implement new ideas for promotion
• Oversee Inventory and Mixing, Controlling liquor costs and comps
• Oversee Social Media sites
• Heavy Office Duties
• Bar Management duties
• Oversee day to day operations
• Event Planning
• Weekly Travel to Galveston
• Light Travel for errands

Extremely organized in planning in advance for all events and making sure staff is aware of the dress code and responsibilities.

• Qualifications and Skills
• Our candidate should have at least one year of restaurant or bar experience as a manager, lead bartender or any form of captain level
• Our candidate should have at least one year of event planning experience
• Excellent social skills
• Strong team leader skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Passionate about outstanding customer service
• Extremely knowledgeable of social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
• Able to multi-task
• Able to adjust to a flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation
